While working as a real estate professional for the past 10 years, I held the position of Director of Patient Accounts at an established healthcare facility for more than 25 years. These years provided me the opportunity to interact with a host of individuals on a multitude of levels. It afforded me the opportunity to fine-tune my professionalism, communication and customer service skills.
In my work with clients in the real estate industry, I developed a passion for buyers and their unique position. They need a vast amount of information to make informed decisions about a huge transaction, in a relatively short amount of time. I find it fulfilling to be in a position where I can provide them with guidance in making those decisions. This passion was the premise for launching Buyers’ Property Solutions, LLC, which places an emphasis on buyers.
While I was born and raised in Boston, I have had the pleasure of living in several other communities outside of Boston, in particular, on the south shore. I am always excited about exploring other communities in which my clients may choose to live.
In 2011, I fulfilled another passion and received my Certification in Interior Design from The New England Institute of Art. I utilize the skills and knowledge I gained to offer suggestions to my clients relative to space planning, cost-savings décor do-overs and developing functional spaces. I also use the opportunity to further explore and share my niche of creating functionally designed small living spaces.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. These organizations provide me with a wealth of information and resources that I readily pass on to my clients. As a testament to my commitment to buyers, I obtained my designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative through the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, Inc. ABRs now represent the National Association of Realtors largest designation.
